What is the Flexski service?

Flexski is the flexibility in ski rentals. You can modify your booking with complete ease:

Remove or add ski rental equipment : You can add or remove ski equipment (boots or helmet) while maintaining the discount rate* on the equipment already booked, up to 24 hours before the rental start date**.
Change dates and/or station: You can change the dates and/or the rental station without losing the deposit, up to 24 hours before the rental start date**.
Refund for early departure: If you need to leave earlier, we refund the last rental day if the equipment is returned the day before the last ski day (for bookings of 3 days or more), excluding insurance, guarantees, and booking fees.

*Discount rate only applies to the original booking's packs. Additional packs added when modifying a booking will be subject to the change in the online discount rate.

**Note, no changes will be accepted after this deadline or directly in the store.

Perfect for a stress-free holiday.

The Flexski option really simplified our ski hire experience. We changed our dates twice due to weather conditions and Flexski allowed us to do this without losing our deposit. Similarly, we had to leave early and they refunded us on the last day of hire without any hassle. An exceptional service that I highly recommend to all skiers!

Outstanding customer service.

Flexski's service is incredible! I added equipment to our original booking and was pleasantly surprised to find that our discounted rate was maintained. Also, we had a family emergency and had to cut our stay short. The refund for the last day's hire was no problem. Flexski offers incomparable flexibility and quality of service. I'm delighted and won't hesitate to come back!

Each service is chargeable and can be added during the checkout process on our website at the rates in effect at that time (which vary depending on the store and the season).

Reservation modification: Removal or addition of packages is possible while maintaining the discount rate on already reserved packages.

Modification of dates and/or the resort: You have the option to change the rental dates and/or resort without losing your deposit up to 24 hours before the start of the rental.

Refund for the last day of rental (for reservations longer than three days): In case of early departure, if the equipment is returned before 10 a.m. on the day before the last day of skiing, you can request a refund, excluding insurance and reservation fees.
