If less than 50% of the ski lifts are open during the rental period, SKI REPUBLIC Customers who have purchased the Snow Guarantee on our Website can request a refund for the days not skied.
The opening rate of the ski area, normally accessible from the equipment rental location, is determined by the Tourist Office or the Ski Lift Operator.
Each Customer who has purchased the Snow Guarantee must provide proof of the opening rate to be eligible for a refund for the unused days.
Refund is valid only on ski and snowboard equipment rental.
